Quality Health: working in the NHS

Quality Health works for NHS patients in all parts of the UK to help improve the level of healthcare that patients receive, whether they are treated in NHS hospitals, community services, in primary care, by mental health services, or by independent health care providers. For over 25 years Quality Health have been measuring and monitoring patient experiences in all hospital trusts, foundation trusts, acute hospitals, specialist acute trusts, mental health trusts and ambulance trusts in England.

Quality Health: working in the independent healthcare sector

Quality Health works in partnership with clients in both the public and independent healthcare sectors to deliver better health outcomes for patients in the UK and around the world. We now work with a number of high profile independent hospital and patient transport providers who deliver care for both NHS and private patients. This includes developing bespoke surveys for their staff and patients, as well as implementing PROMs in multiple sites around the UK.

Quality Health: working with the voluntary sector

Quality Health has a range of clients and partnerships with the voluntary sector in the UK and around the world. We have recently worked with a number of the UK’s leading cancer charities, including: Breast Cancer Care; Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust, Leukaemia Care and Lymphoma Action (previously The Lymphoma Association).

We have also been instrumental in the development and implementation of the National Cancer Patients Experience Survey in England, and now in Northern Ireland, working with government and the voluntary sector to make real, tangible improvements to cancer care.

As part of our own Corporate Social Responsibility policy, we are currently working on a pro bono basis with a major hospice based close to our offices, helping them to develop and implement measures of experience and outcomes and patients and their families.

Quality Health: working in other sectors

Quality Health also works outside the health sector, bringing our expertise and knowledge to bear in other areas.  We have extensive experience in social care, and also work with local government and Community Rehabilitation Companies.

We can work with you to apply the learning and experience from the health sector to work with your staff, service users or clients to measure satisfaction, monitor performance and improve services.

Quality Health: supporting consultations and evaluations

As well as carrying out surveys to measure patient, client and staff experience, Quality Health also supports a range of other consultations and evaluations. We regularly conduct face-to-face interviews and focus groups across different settings.

Quality Health: working with academia

Quality Health is committed to supporting ongoing academic research into healthcare experience and health outcomes.  We work with a number of academic groups; one being University College London, where we have conducted discrete choice experiments as part of various research projects.

Quality Health: working around the world

Quality Health works with organisations worldwide.

We recently collaborated with the European Cancer Patient Coalition on a European patient study around cancer-associated thrombosis. http://www.ecpc.org/ECPC_2018_Cancer_associated_thrombosis_awareness_survey_report.pdf
